Of all the cutting processes available today, water jet takes first place most often because it can cut virtually any type of material up to about 6" thick. The only exception is tempered glass.

Water is pumped up to approximately 45,000 p.s.i. and then forced through a nozzle with a 10,000 size hole mixed with abrasives of garnet. The machine is computer driven to give you precise control of the product you are cutting.
